A new publication from our lab with Ameen, Navneet, Beatriz, Minseung and Prof. Tagkopoulos reviewing the computational methods across diet, microbiome, and health including an overview of the current knowledge about diet-health-gut microbiota, relevant data sources, bioinformatics tools, machine learning methods, recommendation system approaches, the intellectual property landscape and new scenarios to be unlocked in the near future.
