New article in Frontiers in Microbiology

A new publication from Dr. Beatriz Pereira, Dr. Xiaokang Wang, and Dr. Ilias Tagkopoulos about the response of Escherichia coli to biocides (antiseptics and disinfectants) after adaptive laboratory evolution. The work explores the differences between biocides when selecting for mutations in the E. coli genome, their effect on biofilm formation, biocide, and antibiotic susceptibility.
